INTRODUCTION - Some years ago, my husband (Fernando) and myself (Angela) we purchased an apartment in the district 'Appio-Latino'. We are Romans, so we well know the advantages of this district: it is centrally located, close to the historic center, very well connected to all the tourist places (Colossuem, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fontain, Vatican, etc.) thanks to the main underground line ('Metro A'). It is full of services (metro, buses, shops, parks, typical restaurants, 'pizzerie').

We decided to renovate it to accommodate people who chose to stay in Rome in a pleasant and comfortable apartment. At that time we had no idea that this apartment would accommodated so many families.

Today we have two twin apartments in 'Appio-Latino' district. Each of the two apartments is much appreciated. Our efforts are rewarded with all these entirely positive reviews that you can read in our ad on "TripAdvisor" web site.

Here are the addresses of 'ROMAINFIORE Twin Apartments':

1) The first (Romainfiore apartment): “Via Evandro” (on the 3rd floor, with a lift)

2) The second (RomaINCANTATA apartment): 'Via Ettore Ciccotti' (on the 4th floor, with a lift).

Both 'ROMAINFIORE Twin Apartments' are very bright. The metro station is only a short distance away (2 or 3 minutes on foot).

THE APARTMENTS - DESCRIPTION. They are quiet and very cozy, with every comfort. Each of them has a surface area of 62 square meters. Each of them can accommodate up to 5 or 6 people. In the section 'photo' you can see the floor plan of both apartments.

They are equivalents: entrance hall, kitchen, large bedroom, spacious living room, bathroom with shower and balcony. In the bedroom, as well as the double bed, there is a third single bed which is always available and if necessary a fourth bed can be pulled out. In the living room there is a sofa bed (double bed). The apartments are cozy, well furnished and clean. Electrical appliances include: TV, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer , air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room. Parquet. Wi-Fi free.

The price displayed in the planning is about a stay of 2 people for 7 days.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD - 'Appio Latino' is an authentic, real, central district of Rome. It is close to the historic center, which is excellently connected by metro and many bus lines. There are many shops, traditional restaurants of good quality and very cheap, 'Pizzerie' and excellent ice cream parlors. Some well-stocked supermarkets, with typical Italians products, are located near the apartments. You will have the opportunity to live for a few days as Roman people live.

In the 'Appio Latino' district there is the beautiful park of 'Appia Antica' with the famous catacombs (Domitilla, Saint Callisto and Saint Sebastiano). You can get there by foot or by tourist bus number 660.

'Happy Roman Holiday'.

The Lazio region

Lazio is one of the 20 administrative regions of Italy, situated in the central/southern peninsular section of the country. Lazio is the third most populated and the second richest region of Italy. It includes Rome, capital and largest city of Italy.

The Italian word Lazio descends from the Latin word "Latium". The name of the region also survives in the tribal designation of the ancient population of Latins, Latini in the Latin language spoken by them and passed on to the city-state of Ancient Rome.
