This is a privately owned holiday apartment 10 minutes walk from the sea, 10 min drive to the main beaches such as, Ladies Mile, and the Tourist area, as well as the city center. It's also only 10 minutes away from the Fassouri Waterpark one of the largest water-parks on the island.
It is perfect if you are coming to visit Cyprus for a holiday or a short stay. The building is located in a very quiet area with beautiful view from all the windows to a small park just under the building from one side and a big plantation field on the other side. ( Please See photos )
This is 90 meter squared apartment with a separate living room and separate kitchen. It has a separate bathroom also with a full bath, and 2 balconies one facing South and one facing east, both have a table and chairs to sit outside.
It has 2 bedrooms, both having King Size Beds. There is also a large sofa bed to sleep an extra person if needed. There is also a Baby Cot and a Baby Chair should you require it for any infants. Please note infants are not charged as extra person.
The apartment has 3 Air-condition units, one in each room, that will keep you cool in the warm summer months and warm in the cool wintertime.
The building is only 3 years old, so everything in it is fairly new and well looked after.
It comes fully furnished, with all the Kitchen utensils and plates as well as clean bed sheets and clean towels.
The list of items included in the apartment is listed however if there is anything extra you would require, i will be happy to accommodate.
The apartment does have its own private fast 2MB Wi-Fi Internet included in the price.
I can also arrange taxi pick-up, who will have a sign with your name on it, all we need is your flight details.
This apartment is simply stylish, new , very clean ,very central and has everything you need for your stay without having to bring anything with you on your trip.
I can even prepare you grocery shopping on arrival if you send me a list of items you will need and they will be ready for you.
Alternatively there is a supermarket and a Fruit market only 5-minute walk from the apartment.

The Building is located in a very quiet area opposite a park and plantation land.
It is in the Omonia area between old and new port area, 5 mins drive from the New Marina.
Limassol has a population of around 168.000; it is the most important tourist and commercial centre on the island easy to travel to other places, as it is also the second largest city in Cyprus after the island's capital. Limassol is really popular for the hospitality of its people, archaeological sites, medieval castles, fun-loving reputation, first class hotels, designer shops and best nightlife on the island.
There is much sunshine throughout the year, weather in Cyprus is pretty much consistent, there are seasonal variations but they aren't drastic
This stretches from mid May to mid October: there are high temperatures, cloudless skies and cool breezes from the sea. If you are looking at visiting Archaeological sites early morning or late afternoon, avoiding the hottest part of the day. Swimming, sunbathing, sailing and scuba diving can be done in the summer. In the mountains: the Troodes, the weather is still much cooler.
By the end of October the evenings are cooler, the weather in Cyprus in October and November the leaves change colour in the Troodos and the vineyards and look gold and crimson. Even in mid November it feels like summer. The autumn also brings the Kypria Festival with local and international music festivals and dramatic performances at places right throughout Cyprus.
December and January is winter, there is the possibility of rain, and there is still an average of 6 hours of sunshine a day. Most other Mediterranean destinations shut down for the winter but not Cyprus; there are many cultural events throughout the winter months
Spring comes early in Cyprus, the first orchids bloom in Cyprus in January and by mid February the one can see fresh green meadows and almond trees in full bloom. Early spring is the best time to visit Cyprus; the temperatures in the daytime are pleasant.

Surrounded by rich orchards and 6mi/10km west of the city of Limassol, stands the massive Kolossi Castle, built in 1210 by the Knights of St John. The castle is a fine example of military architecture. It was originally constructed in the 13th century and subsequently rebuilt in its present form in the middle of the 15th century. It served as the Grand Commandery of the Knights of the
Order of St John of Jerusalem. In the 14th century it came under the domain of the Knights Templar.
Curium, the major archaeological site in Cyprus was one of the old kingdoms of Cyprus. Remains of its various settlements include a Greek temple, houses with superb mosaics, theater which is stands high up on the cliffs overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea, one of the most breathtaking sites in Cyprus and a stadium of the Roman era.
