Ground floor comprises two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Shower room with modern fittings including heated towel rail and illuminated mirror with shaver point.
First floor comprises an open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area to make the most of the beautiful views with comfortable seating, colour Freeview 32” TV, video and DVD player.
There is also a stereo radio/tape/CD player and a selection of music, films, games and books for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fitted with a microwave oven, electric hob with extraction hood, fan oven, fridge/freezer and well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
There is also a small double fold out bed located in the lounge/dining area enabling flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 5 guests. A cot, high chair, stairgates and other items for babies/toddlers can be provided on request.
The cottage is fully double glazed and has thermostatically controlled electric heating. Electricity and bed linen are included in the tariff.
There is a car parking space adjacent to the cottage and an overflow car park for additional cars.

Our cottage is ideally placed to enjoy many local beauty spots, including picturesque Cornish coves & beaches and country walks. Holiday activities such as surfing, swimming, sailing, fishing, golf, hiking, cycling and horse riding are readily available as are many themed farms, parks and museums.
On the artistic and cultural side, the Tate St. Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum with Sculpture Garden and the wonderful Minack Theatre are fascinating. As well as the many art galleries you will find the local scenery truly breathtaking.
Slightly further afield is the world renowned Eden Project just a 40 minute drive away. For the younger families there are Flambards Theme Park and One2Eleven in Helston.
Leisure facilities catering for every taste in this region of Cornwall are too numerous to mention and it is almost impossible to see everything. This is also an area rich in great natural wildlife and interesting coastal walks.

Our cottage is within 2 miles of the beaches at Marazion and Penzance surrounding St. Michaels Mount Bay. Only 6 miles from the golden beaches of St. Ives and a 15 minute drive from the beaches of Hayle. Many small beaches and coves are within a short drive on exploring the surrounding coastal areas.
From the Manor gates, two miles to the heliport where you can book a day trip to the beautiful Isles of Scilly. Visit Lands End and picturesque Falmouth, the third deepest estuary in the world, with its National Maritime Museum, a year round attraction. Also the Eden Project is only a 40 minute drive.
Also nearby is the world famous art centre of St. Ives where you can enjoy the excellent atmosphere of its shops, picturesque cobbled streets and golden beaches.
Whilst there pay a visit to the Tate gallery. Also close by is the beautiful fishing village of Mousehole and further along the coast the outdoor Minack theatre.
