In the very centre of town but around the corner away from the noisy crowd: beautiful, elegant, comfortable, handy, just renovated by architect; a unique place for a romantic escape or a second home for a pleasant vacation with your family. A place where to recover in another dimension.

The apartment is on two floors with direct entrance from the street. On the ground floor the wonderful living room with sofa bed and the dining room area; a sliding door hides a cosy fully equipped kitchenette. A magnificent staircase with original stone steps leads to the upper floor where you will find a windowed bathroom and a sumptuous master bedroom in which discover a desk corner and a charming place where to sit in a comfortable armchair with your book.

The private outside court becomes a second open-air living room where you may enjoy a glass of wine during your Venetian evenings.

Just outside a silent square where the Fortuny regal brick facade stands out.

Plenty of excellent restaurants will make jour stay so pleasent that you will simply forget your diet for a couple of days.

If you prefer a big supermarket is at the beginning of the street so you will be able to cook yourself a real venetian dinner.

Enjoy the exciting chaos of Carnival jumping around from one party to another but go back to the peace and silence of your Ca' Dolcetta when you've just had enough.

Rialto bridge and San Marco are 5 to 10 minutes walk.

This gorgeous flat is adorable and well appointed and in the best location! The kitchen was very efficient w/ everything we could need. Also very clean and with crisp bedding etc. The owner obviously has some architecture background...the fixtures, windows and moldings were high end and added a rich and special touch. The bedroom was huge and gorgeous, along with the bath. Pictures cannot give you the full effect, was pleasantly surprised! Also the large back patio was amazing for sipping coffee or breakfast in the morning. It is partially covered so that was lovely too. Above all, the owner was absolutely delightful to work with! Valentina obviously cares about her property as well as the experience of her visitors. We were delayed and she and her staff did everything to help us get there and accommodate our predicament. We will return!!

This was our second stay in this apartment. It is in a great location - easy access to everything you want to see in Venice and is very comfortable...

Ca'Dolcetta was a wonderful taste of Venice...

The city in its entirety is listed as a World Heritage Site, along with its lagoon. Just can't miss it.
