Hanaper House is a five bedroom house, ideally positioned opposite the beach at Yarmouth and within easy reach of the town centre and harbour.

Internally, the property benefits from 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area is situated on the first floor with a furnished balcony to make the most of the sea views. Externally, the garden looks out over the Solent, ideal for relaxing and admiring the views.

The picturesque harbour town of Yarmouth is just a short walk from the property; here you will find a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. The historic harbour is guarded by Yarmouth Castle, the last addition to Henry VIII sea defences; walk around the castle and discover the recreated rooms of the 16th century or simply sit outside and enjoy a picnic while admiring the views out to the sea.

West Wight is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the ideal spot for catching a glimpse of the local wildlife, walking or just enjoying the beautiful countryside. From here take a visit to one of the Islands many attractions including Freshwater Bay, Alum Bay's famous coloured cliffs or the Needles, one of Britain's most famous landscapes.
