Haven Lakeland Lodge is a privately owned spacious 2 bedroom contemporary lodge which can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Built to a very high standard in 2008, entrance to the lodge is through a double glazed side door which leads into a modern kitchen with integrated oven/hob,fridge freezer,dishwasher, washing machine.Fully equipped with microwave,toaster,electric kettle and ample crockery/cutlery.There is also a washing machine,ironing board and iron. The kitchen leads into the comfortable open plan dining area and relaxing lounge.
FREE unlimited Wi-Fi is available in the lodge at no extra cost.The lounge is equipped with a 39" wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview/PVR and a selection of current movies. There is also a portable DVD player with a selection of DVD's, adult and children's books,some family board games and jigsaws.
Patio doors open onto a sunny wrap around decking area with views of the lake.There is also comfortable patio furniture and a *gas BBQ* where you can sit, relax and enjoy the surrounding views of the lake and countryside and see some of the extensive wildlife on the site.
Sleeping four it has 2 bedrooms.One double bedroom with a range of modern fitted units.This has an adjoining en-suite toilet and shower with chrome heated towel rail.
The second smaller bedroom is fully fitted and has 2 x 3ft twin beds . Opposite this bedroom is a second bathroom with toilet,large shower and chrome heated towel rail.
The lodge is fully double glazed and all the rooms are centrally heated and tastefully furnished. The comfortable beds are freshly made for you and hand towels/hand soap are also provided. Please bring your own personal bath/swimming towels.
Please note-The gas BBQ is only available April-October .If it is required at any other time please could you let us know.
