Just 20 minutes to Bergerac airport & 6 hours from Caen ferry port. La Grange is situated overlooking Chateau Vigiers golf course, one of the best courses in the Dordogne. No handicap certificates and the pro shop is very welcoming. Bags/trolleys are available for guests at the house. Tracey, the owner can arrange tee times and make restaurant and wine tasting reservations as well as help with travel arrangements. A full range of beauty/massage treatments are available in the villa.

It is the perfect holiday home in which to combine playing golf on a wonderful course with a traditional holiday also. The location is peaceful and tranquil and ideally situated for families and couples alike.

If you are looking for a romantic holiday, then La Grange is perfect, with plenty of beams, a log fire, beautiful bedrooms and hundreds of films to watch!

La Grange has views of the course from the large balcony and from the pool terrace. Three of the bedrooms also overlook the fairways. It is a lovely farmhouse to visit at any time of the year.In the summer you can enjoy the beautiful pool and terrace with an outside dining area. The large balcony is also a great place to relax or dine and watch the golfers pass by.

Out of season it is a good place to holiday with a log fire and central heating. There is plenty to do out of season, with beautiful cycling and walking on very quiet country lanes, colourful markets and welcoming restaurants.

This character villa offers a truly relaxing escape and is set in an acre of orchard garden with views of vines and woodland.

If your wish is to relax, this is the perfect place - you may never leave the balcony or pool area! If you want to be active, the cycling and walking from the house is enjoyable as there is an extensive network of quiet lanes. Try wine tasting locally on bikes!

For foodies there are numerous restaurants locally inclulding a Michelin star restaurant. With vibrant markets locally and food and wine festivals and famous wine tasting (Monbazillac and St Emillion) this is a truly fantastic holiday location. The famous prehistoric caves and canoeing are 45 mins.

The house has a trampoline, sand pit, table tennis and Raleigh bikes, with a baby seat also. There is complimentary unlimited wifi, a large plasma with satellite TV and hundreds of DVDs, board games and books. There are also extensive baby and toddler facilities if needed - please enquire for details.

The 4 en suite luxury bedrooms all have tea and coffee making facilities, luxury Bedeck bedding, a hairdryer, high quality mattresses and African style nets over the beds. Two have air con units. The Lavender Suite has a memory foam mattress and pillows.

The 9x5m private pool has a retractable cover, tiled terrace and enough sunloungers and umbrellas for everyone to enjoy this lovely space. There are views over Chateau Vigiers fairways. There is also a covered dining area next to the pool with a gas and charcoal bbq

The Lavender downstairs bedroom has French doors opening directly onto the balcony with a dining area for 4 - perfect for breakfast. This large balcony also has a relaxing sofa area for 4 and a swing seat.

The climate ensures that a visit is enjoyable throughout the year. There is plenty to keep all ages happy, whether it's go karting, eating oysters in Arcachon Bay, exploring the numerous ancient villages or caneoing the Dordogne.

Bergerac

Monbazillac, home of the famous wine, is only 15 minutes. St Emillion is 40 mins, Bergerac is 20 mins and Bordeaux is easily reached by car and tram in 1 hour.
