Comfortably furnished 80 sq.m apartment has a master suite bedroom (double bed) with it's own bathroom,sauna/shower area attached and French doors leading to balcony area. A second room comprising of a comfortable office and French windows to the balcony. The lounge area has a modern L shaped sofa that comfortably sits6-7 people.Another sofa in the same room is a sofa which transforms into a double bed also very comfortable. The Italian styled kitchen unit complete with gas hob and electrical oven,fridge and freezer is equipped with all necessary cutlery,plates,glasses, is fully functional and provides a pleasant environment for cooking.
There is a second bathroom/toilet and a small reception hall, and a large balcony with a side view to the sea.
