Located near several large supermarkets and the department store El Corte Ingles. There are many bars and restuarants within a short walk as well as parks for children. Also nearby is a Theatre and sports centre as well as an Equestrian centre and Aquapark.

The property also has a laundry room with fully working washing machine. There is a large sofa and an armchair in the living room and a dining table suitable to seat 6 people. The property has airconditioning in the living room/kitchen and one bedroom. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The urbanisation benefits from a small garden area and a communal swimming pool. There is a courtyard area where you can quietly sit and read as you enter the urbanisation. There is free on road parking around the apartment and a large free car park next to the urbanisation.
The property is available to rent for families or couples only. We live in a nearby apartment in the same road which means if you have any problems we can provide a prompt response. The swimming pool is not available all year but is usually maintained between the months of June until the end of September.
Anadalucia is well knwon for its coastal towns and beaches along the Costa del Sol. Whilst these are a superb facility it is also full of history. The white village of Mijas is not only beautiful to walk around it is also a good place to start for those who enjoy walking up into the mountains behind where its sits. The town of Malaga is often overlooked by tourists but boasts a castle, alcazabar and roman theatre all next to each other plus a motor museum, a large large and busy thriving central market refurbished to include some of its historic features. If you like golf then you will be spoilt for choice. Less than a 5 or 6 minute drive from the apartment are the two courses at Mijas Golf and nearby several more to keep you challenged throughout your stay.
The apartment is located between Fuengirola and Mijas in an area known as Las Lagunas. Fuengirola is famed for its beaches, nightlife and beautifully modelled promenade where you can pass several hours walking from one end to the other or taking lunch or a coffee in one of the many bars, restuarants or beachside chiringuitos. Apart from the beaches the apartment is located a short distance from an Equestrian centre which has shows every Thursday, a local street market, supermarkets and bars and restaurants. You can also spend time visiting the nearby Acquapark, where you will find chutes and slides as well as a pool with a wave machine. The zoo in Fuengirola (now called Bioparc) has been totally transformed providing better environments for the animals as well as superb viewing opportunities of the animals and is part of a worldwide breeding programme for endangered species. Nearby is the famous El Corte Ingles department store should you need some retail therapy or can make the short trip to the shopping centre Miramar next to the main coast road (N-340) near the castle in Fuengirola. Apart form the market near the apartment, Fuengirola also has two markets during the week. One in the Recinto ferial and the other near the Mosque. The apartment is also ideally situated for a drive up to Mijas Pueblo where you can wonder the narrow old streets browsing in the craft shops and enjoying great views along the coast from the hill top park.
