Set around a horse-shoe shaped bay, the town has two wide sandy beaches with warm shallow waters, perfect for swimming or snorkeling. The villa is backed by the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, and is therefore a perfect base for those interested in the good walking and cycling routes in the area. Puerto de Soller itself is home to a number of good shops, cafes and restaurants, whilst the nearby traditional villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraix make a perfect destination for a day out away from the beach.The villa itself epitomizes good taste, comfort and style, and offers panoramic coastal views from almost every room. Grounds 5000m2. House 400m2 on two levels: Ground floor entrance leads to large hall. From the hall you access the open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Smeg gas stove and electric oven and microwave. Central Island with four bar chairs. Next to the kitchen is a seating area with a two seater leather sofa and armchairs and open fire place. Flat screen Satellite TV is viewable from the kitchen. The dining area has a round table and chairs to seat 10 people. The living area is at the end of this long room and is furnished with a four seater sofa and two armchairs with a wooden coffee table in the center and an open fireplace opposite the sofa. There is also a piano. Kitchen dining room and living area have sea views and French doors that open to the exterior terrace. The kitchen has also a back door that opens up to the inner patio furnished with table and chairs to seat 8 and a professional gas barbecue. There is a guest toilet on this level and a separate laundry room with washing machine and drier. First floor: accessed by stairs from the living area will take you to an open plan office area with table and chairs to seat 3 people. From this area you have the master bedroom on the left at the end of a corridor. Furnished with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and sea views from two French windows. Walk through closet with private stairs leading down to the main hall and large bathroom with bathtub and doors leading out to a private terrace with a sun bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are next to the master bedroom. Both have two single trundle beds (0.80m x 1.90m), fitted cupboards and sea views and are ideal for children. These bedrooms share a bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), en suite bathroom and a two seater sofa. This bedroom has fitted cupboards and sea views from all windows. Bedroom 5 is opposite bedroom 4 and has a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), flat screen TV, fitted cupboards, en suite bathroom and kitchenette. This room is ideal for a nanny or butler. Grounds: 200m2 exterior terrace surrounds the front of the house. Furnished with a 3 seater sofa and 2 easy chairs with a center glass table and several sun beds. The private swimming pool (12m x 7m) has a stone 'beach' on one side and sun beds and sunshades on three sides of the pool. Above the pool is a large orchard providing tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce etc depending on the time of the year. The rest of the grounds have been left with their original pine trees of the area. There is parking for 5 cars.
