The Loft is situated in an oak framed barn located just 3 minutes drive from Benenden Village in a designated Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Kent countryside. The property is set in 6 acres of grounds and sits directly on the High Weald Walking Trail which offers breathtaking views and is perfect for long country walks. The charming network of quiet country lanes are also ideal for cycling.

Benenden is a quaint Wealden village with one shop and two cosy pubs with great food. The ancient market towns of Cranbrook and Tenterden provide larger shopping facilities. The famous gardens of Sissinghurst and Great Dixter are a short drive away. The beach at Camber Sands is a 30 min drive. The historic towns of Rye, Hastings and Battle are all within a 30 minute drive.

Staplehurst train station is a 15 minute drive away. Trains to and from London run daily, every half an hour (every hour on Sunday) and London itself is 56 miles away – 1 hour.
