Accommodation is excellent especially the kitchen equipment. Sunnybank is such a lovely place to stay. Very clean and modern. The hot tub was lovely in the evenings. We hope to come back soon. Mr Mrs C and Mr Mrs J (January 2013).

Our stay in Sunnybank exceeded our expectations in many ways. The house has been modernised to an extremely high standard with the kitchen, en suite shower and integrated log burner all adding top of the range luxury. All rooms were spacious, modern and well presented. No photograph of the view from Sunnybank can really do it justice with the rolling Blackdown Hills undulating miles into the distance. The elevated position of the house provides the perfect viewing position from garden, hot tub, and all the south facing rooms. Its location was ideal with the Blackdown Hills proving to be a previously undiscovered joy to look at and drive through. It allowed us to combine a countryside break with trips to Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. Other seaside resorts in Dorset, South and North Devon are all within easy reach. Sunnybank ticked every box and we will be back. Mr and Mrs H – Bristol (October 2012)

A wonderful view and the bungalow provided everything that we needed, including plenty of opportunities for games and competitions in the evenings. It's a beautifully presented home from home. Mr Mrs H - West Sussex.(August 2012)

A warm welcome, on arrival, from Cath started our break perfectly. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Spacious and luxurious surroundings. Lots to see and do in the area and it was always a pleasure to return at the end of a hard day's sightseeing, to Sunnybank. We will certainly be back again. Mr Mrs E – Oxfordshire (July 2012)

What a wonderful find. Sunnybank is a wonderful cottage in a beautiful setting. The warn welcome from Cath was a nice start to the holiday. Everything you needed was available to make your holiday enjoyable; a fantastic home from home for a holiday with friends or family, it was just a shame about the weather. We would definitely like to come back in the future. Mr and Mrs H – Kent (June 2012)

Cath warmly welcomed us to a beautiful, well maintained cottage, aptly named 'Sunnybank'. It did not take us long to unwind in such a peaceful rural setting with wonderful views over the charming village of Hemyock and the Blackdown Hills, where we enjoyed many fine walks. We also appreciated the modern, stylish accommodation, the individual décor in each bedroom, the luxurious furnishings. Superb kitchen – wonderful equipment. Sunnybank offers luxury self-catering accommodation of the highest standard. Thank you for the privilege of staying here for the most enjoyable unforgettable week. Mr Mrs B Scotland (April 2012)

We had a fantastic stay at Sunnybank over the Easter weekend. The accommodation was spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The garden was lovely, our children enjoyed exploring it and we had a great time strolling down to the pond.
