Our house offers two guest rooms inside a Mediterrenean style villa. Both rooms are equipped with air handling units (cold/hot), dispose of a fridge and a safe and are charmfully furnished. The Family Suite offers a double canopy bed and three single beds, a private bath room with hydromassage shower, basin, hairdryer and toilet and an independent entrance from the terrace. The Double Room is furnished with a double bamboo bed and a wooden, hand carved bunk bed, basin, hairdryer and a veranda with table and seats, which are at your disposition and offers an independent entrance. The Double Room has the private bath room with hydromassage shower and toilet facilities right across the hall.

Our two acres agricultural property is situated on a tranquil road outside town, allowing a really recreational stay! We grow oranges, lemons, grape fruits and a variety of different minor fruits and nuts on our ground. Our abundant continental breakfast is served outside in summer time and guests may find relaxation on our outside areas or make use of our well equipped fitness and workout room.

The breakfast, with hot beverages (coffee, tea, chocolate), fruit juices, milk, cereals, marmalade, honey, fresh fruit of the season , bread and local products is served in the spacious kitchen, in summer time on the outside.
The house disposes of a recreation room with fitness equipment (spinning bike, power plate, treadmill ), table football and children's toys. You may also allow yourself to enjoy quiet and relaxation on our two acres property, with a variety of fruit (lemon, oranges, mandarines,almonds,...) and timber trees.

The capital city of Cagliari is 40 minutes drive away and the city of Oristano only 20 minutes.The Medieval city of Oristano is steeped in history, well known for the “Sartiglia” (the equivalent of the Palio of Siena) which occurs during carnival time every year and lasts 4 days. There are many ancient monuments and churches to see.The nearest beaches are Pistis and Torre dei Corsari , only 30 minutes drive and both have all facilities available, bars, food, toilets etc….. Less than an hours drive for those who want to discover the beautiful beaches of the Costa Verde with breathtaking views of the sea and coastline and the famous sand dunes of Piscinas. Not far from Oristano are the beaches of San Giovanni di Sinis , Torre Grande and the famous beach of Is Arutas “, well known for the sand which is like grains of rice.There are many important archaeological sites to visit nearby, including the Roman Baths at Fordongianus , the Phoenician ruins of Tharros, the Temple of Antas and the largest and most famous Nuraghe site on the island is that of Barumini only 20 minutes from Uras..Other places of interest nearby are the old mining town of Montevecchio , which is now reopened to the public and the town of Laconi, birthplace of Saint Ignazio where you can visit the church and the house where he was born. A walk or a picnic in the surrounding Aymerich woods with its Castle is highly recommended. Laconi is also where you find the Museum of Menhirs.If you prefer the mountains and walking or climbing, the high plains of the Monte Arci are only 15 minutes from us and you can easily get to the top by car, where you can walk through the woods which are filled with wild flowers and birds. Autumn is the best time for finding good quality wild mushrooms and Spring the best period for wild asparagus.The Plateau of "Giara di Gesturi" with its numerous wild ponies is also surrounded by woods and full of vegetation and birds.
