The large extendable dining table has enough seating for 6 people. The kitchen area is separated from the room with a breakfast bar. You will find the kitchen fully equipped with electric oven & hob with extractor hood, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment & a full compliment of cutlery and crockery. The utility cupboard also contains an iron/ironing board and clothes airer ect.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room with walk in shower, wc & wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 has two 3' single beds and the use of the large bathroom with bath & shower over, wc & wash hand basin. Each bedroom has wardrobes with plenty of hangers, dressing table and bedside tables.

There is free parking in the service road immediately outside the apartment. Just a short walk across the road is a large expanse of cliff top grassed area for picnics ect and a path that leads down to the beach.
Barton-on-Sea is famous for its scenic stretch of coastline and the spectacular views across the bay to the Isle of Wight 'Needles'. It also offers a beach for safe swimming, beautiful coastal walks, a cliff top golf club and the rocky sea defences are a favourite place for those who enjoy sea fishing.
This area offers plenty to do: just three miles from the boundary to the New Forest National Park for those who love walking, cycling or horse riding, the opportunity to sail in the solent from the marina's in Lymington or why not visit the beautiful gardens at Exbury or the famous Beaulieu Motor Museum.
