Detached 3 bedroomed non smoking bungalow on the edge of the village on a quite estate and within 200 yards of what is considered the best beach in Kent.This long sandy beach has won a Quality Coast Award for 2013. There are no main roads to cross between the property and the beach
The bungalow which sleeps 5 is on the edge of Dymchurch village on a quiet estate with a private footpath for residents only to the beach. There are 2 areas of communal grass ideal for ball games when the tide is in. There is a selection of toys, box games, books and DVD's just in case in rains suitable for adults and children. Beach toys can be found in the garage.
There is a travel cot, high chair and bed guard also at the property.
Ideal for traditional family seaside holiday with small children's amusement park only a short walk away along the sewall. Donkey rides on the beach and a station of the famous Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway nearby.
The flat sandy beach is ideal for children, with sandy pools left as the tide goes out.
Alternatively a base to visit the tourist attractions for this part of Kent within easy reach of Canterbury,Hythe and Rye also the Channel Tunnel for day trips to France.

A fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring gas hob and gas oven/grill. Microwave, fridge/freezer with 3 storage draws and automatic washing machine. Enclosed secure garden with patio and grass area. Patio table and five chairs The accommodation is all on one level so is wheelchair accessible but potential visitors must be able to walk a few steps for access to the toilet, bathroom and bedrooms as the space is limited.
There is a travel cot as well as the high chair all free to use

When the tide is in there is a communal area of grass where it is possible to play ball games with young children.
The newly built seawall is ideal for bike rides especially with young children as it is flat and car free.
This is a non smoking property let Friday to Friday with a £50 cleaning deposit charged which is refunded between 7 and 14 days after your holiday if the property has left clean.

The bungalow is about 10 minutes walk along the seawall from Dymchurch is a small seaside resort which is ideal for families with young children.The location of the bungalow on the outskirts of the village means you have the peace and quite if required.
Romney Marsh is famous for its unique character with its isolated churches and mists in autumn. One of the last unspoilt environments within easy travelling distance of London only an hour away.

Cycling along the seawall for younger children and along the many cycle routes across the marsh if more confident.
Bird Watching at the RSPB reserve at Dungerness. Rowing boat hire is available in Hythe on the canal.
Golf is available at Littlestone Golf Club about 5 minutes drive away and the driving range at Lydd
A short drive away is the cinque port towns of Rye and New Romney. The Cathedral City of Canterbury is only 14 miles away. Retail Therapy can be obtained at the Ashford Retail Outlet. It is also convenient for the Channel Tunnel at Folkestone and Dover with its ferries and castle is only 20 miles along the coast
Local Attractions: Dymchurch with its funfair and arcades are particularly suitable for younger children. The Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway have a station in the village where you can take the train to Dungerness, visit the lighthouse, and view the strange landscape of the area. Alternatively, catch the train to Hythe, explore the High Street, and take a rowing boat out on the canal. At Lathe Barn just inland is a children's farm with animals to pet and a miniature golf course. On the escarpment is Port Lympne Wild Animal Park famous for its captive breeding programme.
Dining and Drinking: Hythe has a range of restaurants, bars and bistros catering for all tastes. On Romney Marsh itself, there is a selection of traditional village pubs many offering food.
