The second floor also boosts a balcony with seating providing harbour views, which is accessed off the second bedroom. The property built in 1401 is listed and in a conservation area.

Within the court yard is a shed for pushchairs/outboard motor stoarge.

Salcombe

Salcombe is a delightful town located in South Devon with an interesting history. It was once a major port for the fruit trade and over the years has found fame as a safe haven for family holidays and visiting yachtsman.

The Salcombe estuary is a ria which is a land locked, salt water inlet, with beautiful sandy beaches. The whole site is a marine site of special scientific interest, a marine local nature reserve ad an area of natural outstanding beauty.
