The kitchen is well equipped and spacious with a televison and comfy chair as well as table & chairs for 6. There is a small boot room, with a door to the shared courtyard. The groundfloor bedroom has its own access to the private courtyard. Ideal for those with mobility issues.

Occupants have shared use of large courtyard with table tennis table, and sole use of private courtyard with own BBQ, retactable washing line, and seating for 6 with table. There is a large shared garden which occupants are welcome to use upon request. Dogs and children welcome.

Taunton and the surrounding area is steeped in history. It was the place of the Monmouth rebellion and the Battle of Sedgemoor. The Wellington Monument, erected to commemorate the victory of The Duke of Wellington over Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo stands on the highest point on the Blackdown Hills, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
There is so much to explore, the rocky fossil beach at KIlve, the West Somerset Steam Railway and Sheppy's Cider farm. Year round there is a wide range of attractions. The pretty harbours of Watchet and Minehead, the market town of Taunton, cycling on the beautiful, tranquil levels that has some of the best bird watching in the UK.
