The opposite coast(Falmouth and the HelfordRiver) is only 15 miles away and The Log Cabin is an ideal holiday base, being central for visiting The Eden Project ,The Lost Gardens of Heligan,St.Ives and The Tate Gallery with Barbara Hepworth's Sculpture Gardens,The Minnack Theatre on the cliffs at Porthcurno which is open for various performances all summer,St.Michael's Mount,The National Maritime Museum at Falmouth, the Bodmin Steam Railway, various old restored tin mines, many gardens and country houses, wild life sanctuaries and theme parks.
