Adjoined to our property Bay Tree House, situated on the edge of a small peaceful Broadland village, Woolly View is a ground floor single storey apartment enjoying views of the open countryside and neighbouring animal sanctuary. Ten minutes from the city of Norwich and airport, five minutes from the Norfolk Broads and just a short journey to the coast, we are ideally located for exploring all that the region has to offer.

There is something for everyone, with museums, golf, fishing, shopping, theatre and country walks to name but a few. There are many fine local country pubs, offering excellent food, and we would be pleased to share our knowledge of the area, and recommend places of interest to our guests.

We also welcome up to two well-behaved dogs.

Woolly View is a ground floor accommodation with its own private entrance, and has been designed with great attention to detail to provide privacy, comfort and country charm. This self contained accommodation has twin or kingsize bedroom, cosy lounge with TV/DVD, fully equipped kitchen area, shower room, and enclosed patio area. Also equipped with hairdryer & alarm clock. Bed linen and towels are provided, and also included are electricity & heating.

We cater for guests wishing to stay on a self-catering basis, and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs.

We would ask guests to refrain from smoking within the property, but guests are more than welcome to smoke in the outside areas.
