•Payment Terms: To secure a booking a non refundable deposit of 30% is required. The full rental fee is due 4 weeks before arrival, paid to our spanish bank account, to PayPal account (2% paypal charge also has to be paid ) or debit/credit card.
The final cleaning fee and the damage deposit of EUR 100 are due 7 days before arrival. Damage deposit is 100% refundable less the cost of any breakages or damage on the day of departure).

Final cleaning may vary based on the unit and the number of the guest. There are no additional charges whatsoever as the price includes all heating, electricity, air conditioning, internet, bedsheets, towels etc..

The port area boasts pubs, clubs and sporting activities such as boat trips and places to book quad biking and excursions. There is a wonderful wild life safari nearby. Locals are friendly and many speak English..oh, and the weather is fantastic.
