Willow Cottage is an ideal holiday retreat, which is well maintained and immaculately presented with wi fi Internet access. It provides a warm, welcoming and ideal base after a long day out which is perfect for relaxing in. There is a log burning fire in the lounge. A private seating / parking area area is also available.

Willow Cottage is situated in the quaint village of Knowle, just outside Braunton, with a shop and post office providing all the essentials. Knowle hosts the Ebrington Arms which is a well-renowned friendly pub, offering food, live music, quiz nights and entertainment facilities for all ages.

The award winning golden sands of Saunton are a short drive away, along with the blue flag beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe. One is spoilt for choice with direct routes to all the tourist hotspots including; the historical town of Barnstable, Exmoor National Parks and the many all year round attractions.

Kitchen/Dining: A fully equipt kitchen provides a dinning table to seat four people and all the essentials .

NEW: November 2013 a dishwasher has been installed

Lounge: The cosy lounge boosts period features with ceiling beams and an inglenook fire with original bread oven. This is combined with modern features including; italian leather sofas, HD TV with freesat, DVD player, a selection of DVD's, books and games avaliable for guests use.

Twin Room: The spacious twin room, contains two single beds, double wardrobe, dressing table, along with a number of storage drawers. There is a freeview TV with a DVD player, ipod docking station/clock.

Double Room: The charachter style modern double room, has a double bed, double wardrobe, dressing table, ipod dock/clock and a freeview TV with DVD player.

In addition there is a Travel cot available upon request and a high chair. New for 2012 there is High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet Access.

A block paved area in front of the cottage provides off road parking for 1 car which also doubles up as an outdoor seating area. There is a brick built storage building with garden table and 4 chairs to enjoy a relaxing evening outdoors.

Additional parking is available alongside the cottage on Chuch Hill Lane.

In the village of Knowle only 200 yards away is a childrens park and playground.

The West Country region

North Devon regiond is fast becoming one of the country's top destinations for holidays at any time of year. There is very good access to the area with a new dual carriageway joining the M5 from Junction27.

The nice area is renowned as having some of the most beautiful scenery in the UK, with Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks to explore, some of the finest golden sandy beaches many with blue flags.

There are superb walks, especially along the coastline - much of which is owned by the National Trust.

There are castles and grand houses to visit, there are country towns and pastel coloured fishing villages to discover. There is plenty to do at any time of year. And don't forget of course the obligatory Devon cream teas or freshly made pasties

Barnstaple

The surround areas of Braunton facilitate many attractions, appealing to all ages. also hosting the famous Pannier market in Barnstaple.

The award winning fish and chip squires is in the village of braunton under a mile away.

Within a 10 minute drive of the cottage is North Devon go-karting offering a competitive but enjoyable trip out.

There are many nearby costal walks and exmoor is also nearby for enjoyable walks.
