The house is set in mature private grounds, about an acre in total.
The immediate area is the town of Gowerton (a small town on the outskirts of the Gower, as its name suggests), a moderately populated place with pubs, shops, restaurants and a par3 golf course all within walking distance or a short drive.
The property has a feeling of being private and secluded but a 10 minute drive will take you to the heart of the Gower, where you will find many beaches, walks, outdoor and water sports.
The city centre of Swansea is also a 10 minute drive away with everything you would expect to find in a city centre; cinemas, restaurants, great shopping, and fantastic nightlife!
Gower golf club is a 5 minute drive away and Machynys 'championship' golf course a 10 minute drive for those golf enthusiasts! (+ multiple other courses within close proximity - please enquire if you would like pre arranged golf deals!)

The interior is a balanced mix between traditional and modern. Spacious rooms with very high ceilings. 7 wall mounted plasma tv's throughout the property, a games console (wii), a karaoke machine and dvd player. The snooker table is full size (12ftx12ft). There is also use of an office, with printer and WiFi.

The house is set in mature private grounds that contain a large patio area (with outdoor speakers linked to the internal sound system), and a decked area with bbq and patio heater, that overlooks a childrens play area/park. The grounds back onto 'Allt-wen' woods, accessed by a small wooden bridge, perfect for an afternoon stroll with the dogs.
We require a deposit of 30% to secure a booking. We also hold a 25% returnable bond against damage to the property. This is returned at check out.

Clyne Country Park is a short clycle/drive away, which separates the area from Swansea itself, the city being a 10 minute drive from the property. The picturesque fishing village of Mumbles is also a 10 minute drive away, the shore line of Penclawdd is less than 2 miles away and take around 4/5minutes by car, making this property the most conveniently located accommodation of its type on the Peninsula.

surfing, sailing, horse riding, indoor and outdoor climbing, cycling, scuba diving, boat trips, golf. Transport can also be arranged for guests wanting a day trip or venturing further afield. Tenby and the west is only an hour away by car and offer some fantastic amenities, including day trips to Caldy Island, Heatherton Sports and Theme Park, Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, Anna Rider Richardsons Wild Welsh Zoo, and much more!
