Situated in a prime position within 50 metres from the magnificent Perranporth Beach is this two-bedroom villa, an ideal holiday home for those who enjoy the seaside and has easy access to some of the best coastline in the country. The villa has a new kitchen, bathroom and has been nicely furnished. It benefits from having a balcony from one of the bedrooms upstairs overlooking the glorious golden sands. It is situated in the middle of its block within a small complex of beachside apartments. A good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants are only a short level walk and there are many other facilities in the village including an excellent 18-hole golf course, horse-riding, gliding, surfing, kite-school, tennis, bowling and much more.

Undercover parking for one car is at the front entrance. Downstairs accommodation: Kitchen: Newly fitted units with ample work surfaces. There is an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine. Lounge / diner: A spacious room with views towards the sand dunes. There are two comfy leather sofas, a dining table with chairs to accommodate six people, and a flat screen t.v. with a dvd player. Upstairs: Bedroom one: Double bed (4ft 6ins). Bedroom two: Two single beds and pine bunk beds (all 3ft). This room benefits from having a balcony. Bathroom: Walk in shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c.
