The Barns (with several other cottages) form part of a traditional farmyard on our 150 acre farm which runs down to the upper Helford River. They are single storey buildings, which are converted into beautiful, comfortable holiday cottages for up to 8. The Barn has large open plan kitchen/dining/living area, which has a vaulted beamed ceiling which makes for a light and spacious feel. Two bedrooms offer a double and a bunk bedroom, plus there is a small mezzanine in the roofbeams. It is very fully equipped to the highest standards, with all the facilities we think you might need - not the minimum needed to get by!
Outside is a patio, garden furniture and BBQ.

Goongillings Farm provides a large area of exceptional landscape (covenanted to the National Trust) with abundant wildllife, woods and space for walking, water based activities, a freshwater lake for 'wild swimming', the use of a private quay and some simple boats, and a hard tennis court
There are several other cottages at the farm and these can be viewed by visiting our main website www.goongillings.co.uk
Cornwall is a premier destination for UK holidays. Miles of beaches and spectacular coastline, beautiful countryside and world famous gardens but plenty of attractions and facilities such as The Eden Project.
Goongillings is well to the west of the county, where the country lanes are full of flowers and the coastline is softer and greener - well away from the bustle and crowds of the North Coast.
Falmouth - our nearest town - is a thriving seaside town and port - with some of the best sailing waters in the world, and a series of events and festivals through the season. It is also home to the National Maritime Museum - well worth a visit for all the family - plus plenty of shops, art galleries, cinemas, pubs, cafes and restaurants. Helston - a few miles to the west - is home to the legendary Flora Dance in May, and offers all the usual shopping opportunities - as well as Flambards and The Seal Sanctuary - well known visitor attractions
In Constantine we have several excellent small shops, two pubs, a thriving Arts Centre, cafe, church, an occasional farmers market - all within walking distance
