A 35% deposit would be required to secure the apartment.
A refundable security deposit of 250 euro is paid locally against breakages, lost keys and utility abuse (excess water and electrics). We allow a generous 20 euros for electricity and water per week as part of our costs. electricity readings will be takes upon arrival and departure and any units over and above this allowance, will need to be settled prior to departure. This will be deducted from the refundable deposit .All costs will be calculated at local rate. The remaining deposit is then refunded on day of departure against collection of keys.
