Entering Cornwall you are most likely to cross the Tamar River, which divides the county from the rest of England. The beautiful Tamar Valley is a hidden gem often overlooked, with a landscape of fields, hedgerows and steep wooded slopes. Bullock House is a three bedroomed converted barn nestling here in a glorious setting in the rural parish of Landulph, to the North of Saltash. It is wonderfully private and situated immediately above the head of Kingsmill Lake, a tidal creek, running down to the Tamar Estuary, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
As well as offering our guests privacy and comfort, it is a great holiday location for families, small groups or couples looking for a relaxing break, enabling you to explore both Cornwall and Devon. The National Marine Aquarium and boat trips, which include warship and dockyard cruises and sailings across the spectacular Plymouth Sound and along the scenic Cornish coast are a 20 minute drive. The Eden Project is a 50 minute drive away and beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches are a 30 minute drive. For a golfing break we are just 10 minutes away from the Championship Golf Course at St. Mellion International Resort and 15 minutes from the picturesque China Fleet Country Club where you can play golf by the banks of the River Tamar.
