The stone-built farmhouse has been beautifully restored, retaining many original features and offers spacious self catering accommodation for up to ten people.

Exclusive use of on-site facilities include a well equipped gymnasium, TV lounge with UK satellite and extensive video collection for all ages. Table Tennis, Boule, Badminton and a large play area for football, cricket etc.

A larger than normal heated pool 13M x 6.5M that you can actually swim in.... with plenty of spacious patio and pool loungers

We are happy to arrange degustation visits to local vineyards if your French is not quite up to it, so you can really get into the party spirit or any other advise on the local area and events.

The area boasts many exciting evening markets to eat and drink the locally produced products, with craft stalls to complement the regions markets. Sainte Foy la Grande's saturday market being one of France's best.

There are Jousting and Medieval tournaments throughout the season coupled with the regions numerous wine festivals.

The open countryside makes it a walkers' paradise, with cycling on the quiet roads a real joy. We are just 4km from one of France's top golf courses "Château des Vigiers". There are many rivers and lakes to cater for all styles of fishing. Canoeing is available all along the Dordogne (downstream!!!!)

Within a short drive are many castle's to explore Baynac (Richard 1 The Lion Heart's) being the most famous and the area of Les Eyzies De Tayac close by. For winr buffs the area is rich in vineyards and St Emillion a short drive.

The Aquitaine/Dordogne region

You do not have to travel far to visit many of the region’s most popular places. The Bastide of Eymet, the market town of Ste-Foy La Grande and the château of Duras are all within 15km. Bergerac and its many famous wine producing châteaux and old port is approximately 15km. A little further east are the many attractions of the Dordogne Valley. The medieval town of Sarlat, the Châteaux of Baynac and Castelnaud, the Bastide of Domme and La Roque Gageac, Les Eyzies (prehistoric sites)are all within 100km. Bordeaux and the Atlantic Coast make great day trips for the more adventurous.
