The Aquitaine/Dordogne region

A landscape of gently rolling green hills, honey-coloured stone bastide villages and wide, slow flowing rivers, the Perigord Noir is known for Wild Boar, Fois Gras, Wine, Truffles and Sun.

Nearby one can canoe, fish, shop, bath in lakes, eat, drink, walk, and cycle.

Montignac

Montignac's famous Lascaux Caves are just 6 km, there is an international music festival every July here too.
