It sits in a unique position in Portpatrick, looking over the harbour and village from the front and to Donaghadee on the Irish east coast from the rear.
The property offers a spacious living area upstairs equipped with a multi-fuel burning stove. Also upstairs is an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar which takes full advantage of all seascapes and harbour outlooks.

The property is heated from a mixture of a multi-fuel stove,electric storage and convector heaters. The Wi-Fi is provided free of charge and does not form part of the contract. French doors and newly fitted balconies maximise the stunning views both sides of the property. There is a communal picnic area at the rear of the house overlooking the Irish Sea. Free car parking is less than 20 yards from the front door.
Not suitable for restricted mobility and very small children. No pets except by special arrangement. Rental price includes an allowance for cleaning,laundry and electricity. A starter pack of fuel is also included . The amounts allowed for will depend on size of party and will be stated prior to confirmation.

Portpatrick,often acknowledged as the regions jewel in the crown, hosts a variety of pleasant distractions to make to your stay special.
The village of Portpatrick boasts it's own beach only yards from the house plus secluded coves and bays within a few minutes walk. For those with cars there are even more beauty spots up and down the penisula.
Local activities such as Golfing ( both 9 and 18 hole holiday courses),putting green,tennis,bowling,fishing are literally on your doorstep.
Curling (Winter) and indoor swimming pool are a short drive away in Stranraer.
Excellent choice of pubs and restaurants are less than 3 mins walk so you can leave the car and no need for taxi's for that wee night out.
Lifeboat week in August and the Portpatrick Folk Festival are always lively but with a very laid back and friendly atmosphere and well worth attending!
The house is also at the starting point of the Southern Upland Way to blow away the cobwebs along the picturesque coastal path.
