Below are just a few of the comments we have received:

Superb accommodation and views... so the weather didn't matter!”

5 out of 5

Our stay was during the Queen's Jubilee week and we endured storms and the worst June weather imaginable, this didn't matter a jot because we had amazing views from the comfort of the lodge. We got down to the nearby beach every day which is beautiful in any weather - a long way down though and you have to be careful with the tide. Our black labrador loved his walkies on the vast sands and rock pools. The bus ride to Plymouth is reliable and you get to go on the Torpoint ferry which makes it a bit more of an adventure. I never moved my car for the whole week, having arranged an internet shop with ASDA beforehand - all of the main supermarkets deliver to this site. Several years ago, we got tired of the main holiday parks sticking us in the dingiest accommodation because we have a dog. We have never looked back since we started booking private because you get to stay in top class accommodation such as this. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation - we were especially impressed that after a long journey we had scones, jam, clotted cream and tea for all on arrival - even the dog was left a pack of chews! Very thoughtful of the owners. Have a great time here - we did! P. Wren

Hi Malcolm,

Just wanted to say your lodge is beautiful, it was spotlessly clean and we are all very impressed. The scones and cream tea were delicious and such a lovely touch. We are going to enjoy every minute.

Thanks again

Louise

Hi Malcolm

Due to personal reasons i could not travel to, Whitsand with my daughter and her family she has asked me to tell you how much they enjoyed staying at no.25, the lodge was ideal made the day just, so well equiped, spacious and spotless clean, Dawn was very helpful and friendly they said "it was like being greeted by a friend" and the cream tea which awaited them made the day just perfect. The site was very clean and well run. We recomend the lodge to any of our friends who was traveling to that area.

Kind Regards to you and Jane,

Eileen

Hello Malcolm,

Just a short e-mail to thank you for the let on your lodge, it was everything that you said it was and more - we have all had a fantastic week. Thanks also for helping to sort out internet access - it kept one 15 year old (and his dad) from going insane.

All in all, a fantastic week and we are all looking forward to having the opportunity to book again at some point in the future.

All the very best,

Regards

Daryll
