Our villa is an end unit with lots of natural light and magnificent views over the waterway and the George Fazio golf course. The deck, which overlooks the 3rd and 7th fairways, provides mile long water vistas while the dining room has a great view of the 7th green and waterway. As you will see, 2 pools and 3 free clay courts are across the bridge.over the waterway.

Our home has 1475 sq. ft. on ground level. The living room has cable TV, DVD, CD, VCR and cassette players. The dining table seats 7. Our fully equipped kitchen includes breakfast nook and laundry. Air conditioning and all major appliances are covered by warranties and updated regularity.

Palmetto Dunes has a world class tennis complex, 3 golf courses, 11 miles of waterway for paddling, a general store & several fine restaurants. Enjoy our canoe, included on signature of a waiver of responsibility.

Living on Hilton Head Island is like living in a forest - never more than a mile from salt water - including wetlands, nature conservancies, golf courses, equine centers and parks.
