Loading and unloading is possible right out side the front of the apartment with parking a short stroll away on the quayside or at the Millpool car park by the main bridge a 5 minute walk away.

Cornwall with its dramatic coastline and romantic history has long held a place of special affection in the hearts of British holiday makers and foreign visitors alike. The rugged coastline and superb beaches combine to offer some of the most glorious scenery to be found in these islands.
Inland too the rugged moors and softer country lanes offer endless opportunities for further exploration and on those cloudier days the Eden Project, Falmouth National Maritime Museum and the Tate at St. Ives offer splendid under cover diversions.The National Trust is also well represented in Cornwall with miles of unspoiled coastline and many fine houses and gardens open to the public including the amazing Lost Gardens of Heligan. The many other gardens in Cornwall are a special delight in the spring when they provide a blaze of dramatic colours.
The delightful working town of Looe (ideal for winter breaks as well, as it is busy & open throughout the year!) is easily reached by road and has the added advantage of being served by a pretty branch line connecting at Liskeard with the main London to Penzance line. Local bus services connect to Polperro and outlying villages and the city of Plymouth is also served by regular connections. Liskeard is the nearest point (about 8 miles) for connections with the National Express coach network. Local taxis are plentiful and inexpensive.Also readily available are excellent water-sports facilities, fishing, diving, and boat hire, golf courses and pony trekking. The town has plenty of good restaurants and excellent fish and chips!! There are bakeries, food and clothes shops For wet days the city of Plymouth is only a half hour away with Truro just about an hours drive. The north Cornish coast - Padstow, St.Ives etc can also be reached in about an hour. Closer by the picturesque villages of Polperro and Fowey offer quaint streets with pretty shops.
