ACCOMMODATION A very spacious and particularly well presented ground floor apartment with private terrace and superb views across Start Bay, part of the At the Beach development, Torcross. The entrance leads directly into a large hallway with level access to all the accommodation.

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM The stylish, contemporary kitchen is very well equipped with cream units, custom made worktop, four-ring halogen hob, electric oven and grill, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and 'kettle tap' that produces boiling water on demand. There is a small freezer located in the hallway cupboard. A breakfast bar extension has four designer stools whilst a round glass dining table can seat up to six people. The delightful sitting area has double French doors opening out onto a large terrace that directly overlooks Slapton Line and the beach. The room is comfortably furnished with an 'L' shaped modular sofa (available as a sofa-bed on request*), three glass topped coffee tables, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, wall mounted electric fire and a selection of board games.

BEDROOMS Two in total. The master bedroom has stunning sea views and double doors leading out to the terrace. This room is tastefully furnished with a King size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, whilst the en suite bathroom has a spa bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom also has lovely views, a King size bed, bedside units, flat screen TV, wardrobe and drawers. Double doors again lead out the terrace. N.B. All duvets, pillows (pillows are white goose down, for guests with allergies other pillows can be supplied on request) bed linen and towels supplied. (*Although the double sofa-bed is available for an additional 1-2 guests the accommodation is best suited to a maximum of four adults only).

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a fully tiled shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE Terrace with table and four chairs just a few yards from the beach, village pub, cafes and restaurants.

PARKING One allocated parking space.

OTHER INFORMATION Karndean flooring throughout the main living areas with tiles in the bath and shower rooms. Washing machine and tumble dryer provided. Chairs for the beach are located in the hallway cupboard. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking or dogs permitted. Broadband available. N.B. Please note that whilst the apartment is all on one level there are four steps up to the main entrance door.
