'Three Blind Mice' , situated in the much sought after destination of Mousehole, this beautiful Character two bedroom Cottage offers a wealth of features to include open beamed ceilings, wooden floors and exposed granite walls, large farmhouse style kitchen, a conservatory and large sunny garden. Mousehole is a beautiful ancient fishing village full of character and charm that has mainly remained unchanged for centuries, with its narrow streets and cobbled lanes surrounding the picturesque harbour, it offers two small sandy beaches and a larger pebbled beach with rock pools just waiting to be explored!
The village hosts numerous art galleries, potteries, excellent restaurants, pubs and a village shop.It really is an all weather, all seasons location. Particularly magical at Christmas with its famous Christmas lights, it attracts visitors from miles around to enjoy the spectacular display and soak up the atmosphere.
There is a regular bus service, a scenic cycle path and there are some of the most incredible cliff walks nearby. It is just 3 miles west of the market town of Penzance, and just a short drive to Lands End, Porthcurno (home to the famous Minack Theatre), Sennen (superb surf!!), Marazion and St Ives to name but a few.

Entrance - into large open conservatory with seating overlooking the large garden.
Sitting Room - a warm and inviting room complete with wooden floor, open beamed ceilings and granite fire place with solid fuel stove. It offers two comfortable two seater sofas, a digital TV, DVD and CD/Stereo.
Kitchen / Dining room – A room that's at the real heart of the cottage, warm, inviting and full of character. Large farmhouse table and chairs, ornamental Cornish range, slate flooring and open beamed ceilings. Offers full mod cons:

Bedroom 1 – Large double bedroom with feature fire place and wooden mantel surround. Wooden floors, two windows looking onto the garden and surrounding countryside. Cast iron double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 – Smaller room with twin beds, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, wooden floors and window looking out to the rear of the property onto the surrounding countryside.
Bathroom – Spacious bathroom with corner bath and shower over, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and mosaic flooring.

To the front of the cottage there is a large sunny garden with patio decking area. Garden furniture and a BBQ are supplied.
To the rear there is a very small courtyard (accessed from the stable door in the kitchen) with a washing line and bordered by a small stream.
**Please note: The rear courtyard is not fenced off and is bordered by a small stream, it is therefore requested that children are not given access to the rear courtyard**
The property does not have private parking, however, there is on street unrestricted parking to the front of the property or alternatively, there are 2 car parks within the centre of Mousehole village.
Prices based on 7 nights, inclusive of bedding, bed linen, towels (not beach towels, please provide your own) electric, gas, oil.
Saturday changeover although we can be flexible during the quieter periods.
Short breaks are welcome - depending on time of year and availability = 3 nights 80% & 4 nights 90% of weekly rental
