You are looking at the rental page for a beautiful hot/cold air-conditioned apartment with one of the best views on the island of Ibiza. The apartment is located on the ground-floor of a superb complex nestled on the coast line of Es Cana town.

The modern apartment comprises of one bedroom, a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The main bedroom is fitted with a good sized sliding wardrobe. It also has more free-standing wardrobe/dresser space.

The bathroom boasts a fantastic shower/bath and large mirrored sink area. It also has a washing machine and condenser tumble dryer.

In the main living/dining room there is a rustic wooden table with seating for six and two settees. These settees are the versatile because their tops are two full sized single beds and by sliding out the underneath of each of them reveals a further two single beds, which can be brought up to the same height as the settees.

The kitchen has all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, small oven, electric hob, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer. The apartment also has a TV/DVD player, ipod dock, iron and ironing board, set of plastic chairs and four plastic sun loungers to use upon the lawn located right beside the apartment.

There is also an expansive terrace complete with two rocking chairs and attachable hammock.

The complex has a perfectly sculpted pool with side kiddies pool and showers available. This is situated in the other section of the complex which is all secured with key access gates and has communal sun loungers.

The apartment has its own Wifi.

The property advertised on this website is rented out through the Spanish Tenancy Act (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos) through its article 3, for 'purposes other than habitual residence´. Therefore, they constitute private short-term lettings subject to the Spanish Tenancy Act and do not constitute touristic lets as defined by the regional touristic laws.

A contract subject to the Spanish Tenancy Act and the Civil Code will be entered into between the landlord and tenant, and signed at the beginning of the rental term.

Prior to your arrival the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and fresh linen and towels provided, but we request that you refrain from using the apartment towels for outdoor use.

25% deposit required on booking. Balance due no less than eight weeks before rental. Full payment required if booking is made less than eight weeks prior to rental.

Refundable security deposit of £200 to be paid with final payment, and will be refunded, following satisfactory inspection of the apartment, within eight days - provided no breakages/damage has occurred.

NB - Prices may be subject to change at advertiser's discretion, and longer term rentals negotiable.
