Our apartment does not have airconditioning as it is not generally needed. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Portable air conditioing units can be provided at an extra cost.

Ideally located on the sea front in the centre of Marbella with shops, bars, restuarants, supermarkets and beaches all within easy walking distance. There is a taxi rank within a 2 minute walk and bus stops within 5 minutes.
We live in central Marbella and normally meet our guests on arrival and are on hand should you require any assistance during your stay.
Check in is normally after 2pm and check out 10am but we always try to be flexible if the apartment ia already empty.
An additional payment maybe charged for check in outside normal office hours.
Costa del Sol (Sunshine coast) has on average 320 days sunshine a year which lends itself perfectly to Spanish living.
Marbella is a great base from which to explore the white washed villages of Andalucia.
Within 1 hour you can visit the stunning gorge at Ronda. Less than half an hour away are the traditional villages of Coin, Ojen and Mijas and Benahavis.
Golf has a tremendous impact on the Costa del Sol, especially during the winter when the regions mild climate and abundance of high quality courses make it a highly desirable year round golfing destination. There are some 40 golf courses within half an hours drive
On Marbella's famous Golden mile and within walking distance of the Old Town. A beautiful Spanish town spead around Plaza de Naranjos (Orange Square) which has fragrant orange trees, quaint little shops as well as designer shops, traditional tapas bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisine. The beaches of Marbella are cleaned every morning and offer a quiet and pleasant spot to soak up the sun.Just 10 minutes away is Puerto Banus with its magnificent marina and alluring designer shops and lively nightlife.
