The cottages sit well back from the road and are set within the attractive well maintained grounds of an old manor house. To the front of each cottage is a patio area with rustic bench seating. On the main lawns there are picnic tables enabling guests both to sit and read or dine al fresco. Each cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchens are fully fitted with integrated appliances including oven/hob, tall fridge/ freezer, w/machine/dryer and microwave oven. The glorious beaches of Bournemouth are about a 5 minute walk from the cottages.
We welcome families, up to three generations, and mature couples. We regret that we are not equipped to cater to groups of singles.

There is a shower in the bathroom over the bath for your convenience which is often preferable and quicker.
There are two toilets in the property, one in the family bathroom upstairs, and one in the downstairs cloak room for your convenience.
We can provide high chairs and travel cots at no extra charge. We do not provide the bed linen you require for a baby's cot.
Guests are requested to leave the property as they found it. The palladins for disposal of rubbish are situated near the car park.

Apart from allocated parking for each cottage, there is visitor's and off-road parking available.
Set well back from the road, the cottages are within easy walking distance of transport links. Bournemouth International airport is within a short drive.
SHORT BREAKS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE LOW SEASON OR AT OWNERS' DISCRETION. Regrettably, during the months of July and August we are unable to offer short/mid-week breaks. There is a supplement on nightly rates over bank holiday weekends.
A charge of £40 per person is payable for extra guests using the guest/sofabed.
Bournemouth is a vibrant and popular town with a variety of restaurants, shops, entertainment and miles of renowned blue flag sandy beaches. Beautifully landscaped gardens lead through the centre of the town to the pier, BIC, Oceanarium and other attractions.
You're sure to find plenty to do while exploring the biggest resort in Dorset with endless attractions and activities offering all year around entertainment.
Take in some crisp sea air on a pier to pier walk along the promenade from Bournemouth to Boscombe Pier. Reward yourself with a bite to eat at one of the fabulous seaside cafes and restaurants once you've reached your destination.
Enjoy an evening out with some live entertainment. Bournemouth has plenty for all you culture lovers with some of the best entertainment venues around. The Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) and the Pavilion Theatre offer live entertainment from children's shows and comedy to ballet and ice dancing.
Take a nostalgic trip down memory lane and enjoy a traditional trip to the seaside and hire your very own beach hut. Beach huts are a very British tradition that actually originated in Bournemouth in 1908; you can even rent the oldest
The famously upmarket area of Sandbanks in Poole is approximately a 20 minute drive from Bournemouth and its white sandy beaches, palms and stunning coastline should be seen. A visit to Poole Quay with its many fine retaurants, marina and under cover shopping centre make for a very pleasant day out. A ferry from Sandbanks can also be taken across to Brownsea Island and to Studland and historic Corfe Castle.
In Bournemouth you will find an abundance of leisure activities. There are a number of Tennis Courts and Clubs of International repute; many Bowling Alleys and not least of all Golf Courses. So you can bring your irons. There is also, of course, Surfing and swimming. The Horse Riding Schools will appeal to the equestrians.
The beautiful New Forest is within easy driving distance and here will be found quaint little shops, olde inns, tea rooms and roaming New Forest ponies. The village of Burley is particularly popular and the surrounding areas of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst (to name just three) are all delightful. The world famous Beaulieu motor museum is also within driving distance as are other 'must see' places too numerous to specify.
The dry run ski centre at Christchurch with its many associated activities is also well worth a visit and a stroll along the beautiful River Stour (stopping at the Old Mill gift shop and tea rooms) takes you to the historic 10th century Christchurch Priory and castle ruins. For the children, a visit to Alice in Wonderland (opposite Bournemouth International airport) is a wonderful way to spend a day.
