Located just moments from the harbour front and a few minutes into the centre of Poole Town and all its facilities. The Quay, Poole Museum, Poole Pottery, Brownsea Island, local ferries, Poole Park, Poole High Street and shopping centre, numerous wonderful restaurants and bars - these are just some of the activities available in the immediate vicinity.

The property has been furnished well and includes a courtyard garden to the rear. There is a ground floor bedroom (3ft single bed) and also a cloakroom facility. Also a utility area with washing machine and sink with door leading to rear courtyard garden. The garden is paved with plants in containers and table and chairs for al fresco dining. Up to the first floor is the spacious open plan living and dining room with feature electric fire place. Also a separate modern fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, extractor, electric oven, fridge and freezer. Up to the second floor and there are two further bedrooms, a master (standard 4ft 6ins double) with the benefit of a television and single bedroom (3ft single), plus a family bathroom, fully tiled including bath with shower over, sink and toilet, also shaving point. In the living area there is a television with freeview and CD player. The property also benefits from a broadband facility.

Trade Winds is situated in a quiet residential area of Poole and is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Excellent improvements made since the last visit which include two new bedroom carpets, upgraded bedroom furniture and the kitchen lighting updated. High levels of cleanliness were noted throughout and the welcome beverages enhance the first impression.

Parking:- one parking space off-road at the front of the property and further smaller space for dinghy or jet ski to the side. In addition there are visitor parking spaces on the development on a first-come first-served basis.

Available on request (charges apply):- Travel cot (and linen), Highchair. Z-bed (with linen). Internet grocery orders can be made prior to arrival.

Prices from £268 for a low season two night stay to £975 per week during high season..
