The living room is tastefully decorated with wooden floors throughout. There are two large windows that afford stunning views of the River dart and across to the beautiful town of Kingswear. With a 3 and 2 seater sofa there is ample room for relaxation aided by the flat-screen TV with freesat, the DVD player and the CD player. The electric fire provides a nice cosy addition for those cooler evenings throughout the year.

There is a separate dining room just off the hallway between the kitchen and the living room. The family-sized dining table seats six and is perfect for entertaining. The dining room also benefits from lovely fireplace.

The kitchen here is second to none as far as quality and facilities are concerned. The height of style and modernity, this kitchen will be a joy to cook in. Featuring all the latest technology including a double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron, ironing board, kettle and toaster, this kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay.

NB. Please note there is a step down from the hallway into the kitchen.

There are 3 neutrally decorated bedrooms on the upper level of this spectacular house. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a large built-in wardrobe offering plenty of storage space, 2 bedside tables and a fireplace. There are also some French doors that lead out onto a decked terrace area where there is a table and 4 chairs.

The second bedroom, affectionately called 'Cabin One' is also a doubel room and features a king sized bed with individual reading lights fitted to the wall above the bed. There is plenty of storage built-in to the eaves of the room and there are also magnificent views of the river.

The third bedroom is a twin room that contains a chest of drawers and has a large window, again affording river views. Extra storage can be found in the hallway where there is a cupboard which can be used by those staying in the twin room.

This property is certainly not short of bathrooms, making it ideal for larger groups who appreciate their privacy. The main bathroom is situated on the lower ground floor and features a large bath with shower over and WC.

Next door there is a separate shower room with a tiled floor, sink, wc and large shower. There is also a washer dryer in the shower room.

On the third floor with the bathrooms is also a small wc.

The property benefits from an enclosed garden and a decked terrace area with seating for 4 people.

Please note the property does not come with parking however there is a carpark in Town on Mayors Avenue and The Park and Ride at the top of Dartmouth.

Dartmouth

Dartmouth is characterised by its narrow lanes, stairways and corridors and plenty of medieval and Elizabethan features.This is beautiful town steeped in history with many of the buildings dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries. The Cherub Public House is theoldest building in Dartmouth which dates back as far as 1380!

The Britannia Royal Naval College famous for training the Royal Navy's Officers sits majestically overlooking the town and down the River Dart towards Kingswear and the Dartmouth Castle and out to sea. The Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway is on the Kingwear side of the river and trains run regularly offering a traditional and unique blast from the past.
