An easy level stroll will take you into Braunton village within minutes to visit the surfing shops, surfing museum, local eateries and village lifestyle that Braunton has to offer. Dunes has parking for 2 cars.

Arrive at Dunes Cottage and unload into the porch, greeted by a stone feature wall with coat rack and storage area for shoes.

Living room/Diner is decorated in a neutral theme with undertones of browns, abstract artwork and wooden flooring. This room features a 2 two seater leather sofas, 37” LCD surround sound SKY TV with movies (until Sept 2014), DVD player, CD stereo, IPOD docking station and a wooden side table. The dining table is nestled at the side of the room and comfortably seats 4.

Black and red themed kitchen is creates a modern and spacious pleasant room with a 2 seat breakfast bar perfect for the mornings coffee! This room provides a 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge and separate freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils for your self-catering holiday requirements.

Master bedroom comprises of a double bed with crisp quality aqua themed bed linen, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a large built in wardrobe and a tub chair.

Twin bedroom offers two single beds a bedside table with reading lamp and additional storage space, this room is complimented by the sea beach themed colours that are evident and exciting.

Family bathroom comprises of a bath with mixer tap, WC, washbasin and the piece de résistance a multifunctional jet shower system – relax as you shower with this clever spa like device!

Outside garden is a haven of tropical palm plants which give the impression of being abroad, unique circular stone wall feature with a decking area and raised decked seating. BBQ and garden furniture can be found and the garden is fully enclosed which is ideal for those little 'tots' or your pet.
