Private Infinity Pool and landscaped gardens, sun terrace and patios with panoramic sea views. Outdoor furniture includes large dining table and cushioned chairs, four cushioned sun loungers, two wicker sun loungers, two wicker armchairs, rocking chair, occasional tables and parasols.
To confirm a booking we require a 25% deposit payment by either credit card, cheque or bank transfer at the time of booking. The balance is then paid in quarterly instalments, the final balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Kalkan The Lycian Coast
Kalkan is an elegant harbourside town on the Mediterranean turquoise coastline with the Taurus Mountains looking down onto the beautiful bay. Kalkan has a delightful confusion of cobbled streets, wooden balconies, small selection of shops, together with numerous seafront Restaurants and bars, famous for their rooftop terraces which command fabulous views over the bay and small harbour. The narrow alleyways and old Ottoman houses draped with bougainvillaea are a delight to explore, as is the warmth and friendliness of the Kalkan people.
Kalkan is steeped in local history set in the heart of the Lycian Region surrounded by a multitude of Ancient sites including Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara and Patara.
There are stunning beaches in the immediate vacinity . Patara is an 18 km stretch of soft golden sand, where ancient ruins protrude from amazing Sand Dunes.
