Our stunning townhouse is a short walk to the Meadows and Royal Mile Entry floor has large, stone-flagged hallway, cupola, leading onto a large south facing drawing room and connecting lounge/study. The house has large kitchen with all modern conveniences, a large Falcon double oven and gas hob, two fridges and freezers, and microwave. Granite surfaces. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, separate tumble dryer and steam iron. Joining the kitchen is a large breakfast dining area (for 8) and leather sofas and wall mounted TV/DVD player The Grand Lounge with separate dining large table (for 8-10) with volumes of natural light from three large sash and case south facing windows and elegant original fireplace. The perfect place to eat or enjoy cocktails before heading out into town. It adjoins a separate lounge area with original fireplace, antique bookcases, desk and leather sofas.
