.........................................................PLENTY SUMMER AVAILABILITY............................................................
A most impressive property, in size, luxury and facilities and one of the best in our portfolio.
It is located only 8 mins walk from the square with all its amenities and facilities, so a car is not necessary, and it overlooks the golf green. In the left in the distance the sea is visible.
It has a very large garden, both at the front (with ample space for two cars to park securely) and at the back, where the large 6 x 12 metre pool with roman steps is located. Bushes, shrubs and trees of all kinds are elegantly placed around the garden, providing greenery as well as privacy.
To one side of the back garden there is a brand new and large gas BBQ witha sink placed next to it.
Tasteful garden furniture abounds for those long summer nights.
The kitchen is modern and spacious, with all the modern cons you can expect, Fridge/freezer, over, hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is even a coffee maker.
The living area is overlook by an internal viewing gallery, so there is ample feeling of space in this room. Satellite TV, DVD player and Internet come as standard.
The property has central heating throughout and the furniture is of high quality and very tasteful.
One of the bedrooms is downstairs, ensuite, allowing a guest of limited mobility to join the holiday (the outside front drive is also sloping and allows a wheelchair to be pushed up)
Upstairs two large size rooms with again their own baths are available and good distance between them for privacy. One of the baths is a Jacuzzi. Both bedrooms have their own balconies with beautiful views.
This is an exclusive and luxurious property and ideal for a holiday in Aphrodite Hills without the need for a car. Highly recommended !

The Paphos region
With year round sunshine, soothing sea breezes and a wealth of things to see and do, Paphos District is the ideal destination for young families and sun lovers of all ages. The landscape is both stunning and varied: you can sunbathe in the morning and ski in the afternoon! The Troodos Mountains are approximately 1 hours drive from the Resort, and has it's own ski club.
Paphos is a 20 minute drive from the Resort taking the scenic B6 coastal road or the A6 motorway - either way the roads are excellent. Paphos has a new pedestrian promenade, ancient harbour with many fish tavernas, local coffee shops (including Costa and Starbucks if you prefer), when you need a break from the extensive shopping facilities and market areas.
Paphos is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and one of the sites with superb archaeological remains is accessed from the harbour area.
'Petra tou Romiou' (Aphrodite's Rock) is between paphos and Limassol and is where Aphrodite, the goddess of love, is said to have emerged from the sea. A few kilometres beyond lies Pissouri, a small traditional village, with a delightful beach and a broad selection of restaurants and shops circling its historic village square. Further eastwards, 'Kourion' is not to be missed with its wonderful amphitheatre, ancient baths, mosaics and stunning beach below.
Local beaches are plentiful and include: Kourion, Pissouri (with its wealth of water sports) and Avdimou - which is home of the Zias Beach Club, an exclusive beach club available to resort residents.
Further afield, the beautiful Akamas Peninsula and the scenic Troodos Mountains, with their traditional villages and pine and cedar forests, are two areas well worth a visit.
With its varied beaches and landscapes, citrus groves, olive and carob trees, traditional villages, ancient ruins, sport, beaches and beautiful climate Paphos District is an excellent year round destination.
Aphrodite Hills is the premium holiday resort in Cyprus, offering a host of leisure facilities.
Spend time swimming, sunbathing, relaxing by one of the many pool areas or on the beach in front of the resort. If you are feeling more energetic you may like to play a few rounds of golf, a game of tennis, basketball, volleyball or football or go horse riding: all available on the resort.
Treat yourself to a relaxing beauty treatment at the award winning spa, which has an infinity pool and whirlpool looking out to sea, and is set in beautifully perfumed and tranquil gardens. There is also a state of the art gymnasium with the latest power plate, or you may like to try a yoga class.
There are many activities for children including a playground for both younger and older children plus an aerial rope and mini golf. The Resort also hosts a fantastic kids club that provides childcare for 3-12 year olds, offering a great variety of indoor & outdoor daily activities. In addition there is also a crèche that takes babies from 6 - 35 months and also facilities for teens where a special Grotto club is available with a pool table, table football and computer games. In peak season the clubs can include a meal and remain open throughout the evening.
The village square has many restaurants: Pithari Cypriot Taverna with excellent meze night with live music (a favourite of ours and highly recommended), and the Anoi Pub with good food and service has sports TV and regular quiz nights - a great meeting place. Zimi Pizza & Pasta is a great family restaurant which also has a buffet night during peak season. Asian Corner has a very good sushi and chinese menu, and L'Atelier Brasserie with french cuisine for special occasions!
Other amenities in the village square include bicycle & Segway hire, cash point, 24 hour medicentre, supermarket, Costa Coffee outlet & Gallery multishop. The Resort Village, Golf Club House and Intercontinental Hotel bars and restaurants offer many different styles of food and provide excellent service and facilities.
The resort is conveniently situated only 15 minutes from Pafos airport and 75 minutes from Larnaca airport, very close to motorway links from both. There are traditional villages nearby including Kouklia to the west, a quiet, traditional Cypriot village about a 10-minute drive from Aphrodite Hills. It offers some good local restaurants and events in the summer; all set in the tranquil surroundings of this sleepy enclave. Pafos Town is around a 20 minute drive from the Resort and hosts a beautiful pedestrianised harbour with an array of restaurants, bars and tourist shops.
The property is situated a maximum 20 mins drive from all four of the leading golf resorts in the Paphos area. Combining sea, sun and a green and perfect climate, Cyprus is an ideal for golf all year round. The three courses are some of the most luxurious and challenging resorts in the Eastern Med. The weather is almost certain to be good 340 days of the year!
• The 18-hole Secret Valley Golf Course is within 2 minutes drive from the villa. The 6,120 metre par 72 course is set in a scenic valley of the Ha-Potami River and is surrounded by magnificent red rocks of the valley walls.
• Aphrodite Hills is a 6,200 metre, par 72 course and is only a 5 minute drive from the villa. This was the first integrated resort on Cyprus, and includes an Inter-Continental Hotel, spa, tennis academy and beach club.
• The Elea Golf Club by the course's designer and six-time Major winner Sir Nick Faldo, opened in September 2010 and only 10 mins drive.
• Minthis Hills Golf Course is within 20 minutes from the villa and 10 minutes from Paphos Founded in 1994 on the grounds of 12th century monastery on the hills of Tsada. Created by Donald Steel and renovated by Mackenzie + Ebert in 2006/07, the 5828 metre, par 72 course set at 550 metres above the sea level ensuring cool breezes in summer.
Some nearby destinations:
• Kouklia is the nearest village to Aphrodite Hills. The village square is closed to traffic at night time thereby allowing the tavernas to set tables outside to sit under the stars at the side of the local church. In the main season weekly Cypriot Nights are held and dancing in the streets is expected!
• Pissouri is split into two. The lower half has restaurants and a beach with water sports, whilst the upper village is a warren of streets with numerous restaurants, tavernas and bars again in main season the centre has a weekly 'Cypriot Night'. There is also an amphitheatre, if there is a show scheduled for your stay it is well worth the visit. The amphitheatre looks out over the bay along the coast and allows you to take your own cool box, so a really chilled night out.
• Mandria is approximately 15 minute drive, again various tavernas (some offer take away service) and some unspoilt and isolated quiet beaches.
