Just a few minutes drive and you will find yourself at the stunning coastline of Watergate Bay, where you can sun bathe, surf, indulge in the delights of Jamie Oliver's Fifteen or just take a stroll and take in the amazing scenery. The location is the perfect balance of traditional village character, and 'away from it all' tranquility, whilst still being within a short drive of a wealth of Cornwall's attractions.

On returning from a day at the beach or walking in the beautiful coastal paths relax in the garden with a glass of wine, and light up the BBQ, or relax in the comfortable lounge whilst planning the next days activities.

On the ground floor is a well fitted kitchen with all amenities, a WC, and a comfortable lounge and dining room with sliding doors leading onto the patio and into the garden. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en suite shower, and a twin bedroom next to the family bathroom. All rooms have underfloor heating, individually controlled by a thermostat in each room to ensure your comfort.
