The front bedroom has Patio doors leading out to the balcony which overlooks the hilly views of the old town, whilst the back bedroom has Patio doors leading to a balcony that overlooks the pool. Access to the roof terrace is gained from stairs on the rear bedroom balcony.
Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room area and WC with wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized oven with hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and glassware.

At the western end of Cyprus, Paphos enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year. It is very much an all year resort and has something for everyone. There are numerous historical sites, beautiful beaches, lovely scenery, golf courses, a huge range of bars and restaurants and great hospitality from the locals.
A car is certainly not essential but may be an advantage to enable you to explore the area more fully. There is also a bus stop nearby which will take you to the harbour, old town and also to Coral Bay (approx 20 minute drive) with its fantastic beaches. There are smaller beaches around the Paphos area
During winter, skiing and snowboarding are available up in the Troodos mountains. Why not go skiing in the morning and sunbathe at the beach in the afternoon?
Palm Trees is within walking distance of the main attractions and local amenities and its location is central to all areas of interest. There are shops nearby for the daily basics. The Old Town, recently redeveloped promenade, picturesque harbour area, and The Tomb of the Kings road with its mosaics and sites of historic interest are all approximately 15 minutes walk away from the house.
The Bar street area with its bars and restaurants are just 10 minutes walk away.
The airport is 20 minutes drive. There are 3 golf courses within approximately 30 minutes drive. A go-karting track and Aphrodite Water Park are 5-10 minutes drive away.
