A modern 4 bedroom detached property with glorious views of the Dee Estuary and Liverpool. ( 3 big Doubles & 1 small single bed home)

It's ideal for a number of activities whether it be Walking with Snowdonia National Park within a 40minute drive. Talacre Beach is 15mins away -as are Rhyl & Prestatyn Beach resorts. The beautiful Roman walled City of Chester is 15mins drive and many days can be spent at the river or the world class Zoo also. Liverpool is 30 mins by car up the M53.

Chester races are the oldest in the country and an absolute treat if you can make those super days out!!!

This house is in a quiet cul-de-sac location with a village pub (within walking distance) and has a rear garden perfect for summer BBQ's. there is parking for 3/4 cars and a large garage,too. There are 2 x TV's with freeview box's in the lounge & master bedroom...but no Sky TV.!!

The kitchen is well equipped with ovens-Gas Hobs-sink-dishwasher -fridge freezer and microwave all there to use. There is a nice downstairs loo aswell. The conservatory gets sun from breakfast - til sunset and is a treat to eat in with epic views!!!!

There is a washing machine & seperate tumble dryer in the garage-also.
