Built in 1999 and considered one of the best blocks in Benidorm, the apartment has two bedrooms (1 en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath), both with twin beds, a second bathroom (with shower over bath), good sized kitchenette and utility room, living/dining room (with sofa bed) and large balcony.
The apartment is about a 750 metre walk from the centre of the wide sandy Levante beach mostly through a pedestrian walkway lined with shops and bars.
The pool (open mid June to mid September) is a reasonable size with a separate area for small children. Convenient for local bars, restaurants, entertainment and other facilities, the apartment block has a secure entry system and stands in its own grounds with no shops etc. below. There are two lifts.
The local theme park, Terra Mitica, is a 10 minute taxi or free bus ride away as is the Aqualandia waterpark, the zoo at Mundomar and the new animal and water ride park. A 10 minute walk will take you to the old town and all its shopping and restaurant facilities.

A resort with a micro climate and one of Europe's most popular holiday resorts. The historic town of Guadalest is worth a visit if you have a car or you can travel there on the "Lemon Express" train.
If the beach and swimming pool are not enough to keep you amused, there are a host of other attractions in Benidorm. The local open market, a short walk from the apartment, held on Sunday and Wednesday mornings sells almost everything from local fruit to carpets.
A great place to stock up on fresh local produce. The numerous bars offer not only local and the more recognised brews, but quite a few have cabaret artists of variable talent to help you relax.
There are also a number of night clubs and discos which operate until late, but local by-laws do not allow noise pollution from them. They are air conditioned and sound proofed so tourists can (mostly) sleep should they choose to!
There are many cafes and restaurants to keep you well fed for a relatively small amount. The old town is the place to go to sample local dishes and if you get lost you will discover a few of the more traditional cobbled streets.
For those with children, big or small, the local theme parks can be visited for the day or evening. (Restricted opening times operate from October to May.) The water park Aqualandia is one of the largest in Europe offering water rides and attractions for the whole family although height restrictions apply to some of the more adventurous attractions like the Kamikaze.
Mundomar is located next to Aqualandia. It is a small animal park with penguins, bird, sea lions, dolphins and many more. Dolphin, sea lion and parrot shows are sprinkled throughout the day.
Terra Mitica is a place for excitement and adrenalin rushes. Again height restrictions apply to some of the rides, but there's plenty for everyone including the little ones. Look out for the money off entry coupons in local bars and restaurants.
Terra Natura is the most recent addition. A mixture of water and animal park. Many of the animals are in danger of extinction and the park sports mock settlements from Asia, America and Europe. Although there is a large lagoon there are only a few other water rides, so don't expect another Aqualandia!
For the energetic, there is horse riding, sailing, go karting, cable water skiing, fishing, motor boat hire, scuba diving and golf in or close to Benidorm. Not to mention walking or taking a boat trip.
Typical places for a "show" are The Benidorm Palace and the Medieval Castilla (jousting etc).
