Porthcurno is one of Cornwall’s most beautiful locations, the spectacular beach boasting white sand, turquoise blue sea and occasionally, visiting dolphins and basking sharks. The renowned Minack Theatre, perched high on the cliffs, offers performances in high season, whatever the weather, and story telling for children included in the price during August.
The French House, in the heart of the village, is a short walk from the beach, cliff paths, pub and village shop and post office. This spacious semi-detached house provides the perfect ambience for relaxation, with a large sun-room, enclosed gardens with a large lawn to the front and sub-tropical planting to the rear. The property was refurbished in 2011 and now offers all the modern conveniences of home. The French House is perfect for anyone wishing to be walking distance to great beaches, but with the option of spending the day relaxing at home or exploring one of the many local attractions.
