The garden is usually colorful in springtime and the rear courtyard is a sun trap - the ideal place for al fresco breakfast when the weather is good. Parking for two cars is also a benefit.

Step down to hallway and ground floor bathroom with bath, overbath shower and basin. Separate WC with basin and cloak area. Step down to beamed lounge (tall people beware!) with small Inglenook fireplace with 'living flame' gas fire and fireside seat. Three window seats and cosy cottage style furnishings. Stairs to first floor.Two steps up to Master Bedroom with double bed, marble vanity unit and ensuite shower room with WC. Bedroom 2 with double bed, built in cupboard and window seat.
