'Terlingham Vale' annexe is an executive two bedroom property in a peaceful location, offering stunning views from the drive across the South Downs, English Channel and to France.

The annexe is set to the rear of the main property which is a very imposing modern barn effect house.

GROUND FLOOR:-

The living space on the ground floor consists of an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Wi-fi.

The kitchen runs along one wall and offers dishwasher, electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc, as well as having a butlers sink. There is a washing machine & tumble dryer, along with iron & ironing board in the main garage of the house for your use.

There is a table & chairs in the dining area.

The lounge area has comfortable settee, coffee table, TV with Freeview & DVD player. Also a docking station for ipad, etc & dvd player with radio.

The living area has under floor heating. A lovely oak staircase leading to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR:-

Double bedroom. Metal framed double bed. Comfortable mattress. Linen & towels supplied.

Folkestone town centre is approx 2 miles, having shopping centre, pubs, snooker & pool, sports centre, night club etc. Also fishing on day charters & from the harbour wall. The coastal play park is just off the sea front.

Terlingham vineyard is just a short walk along the lane.

There are many walks nearby, taking you along the South Downs, and having spectacular views.

Hythe is about 5 miles away & has a lovely pedestrian High Street with a selection of shops to suit most tastes. There are also some nice pubs and restaurants. The Romney Hythe and Dymchurch miniature railway is on the outskirts of the town. There are also several supermarkets.

Dungeness is well known for sea fishing as well as its old lighthouse which can be climbed and there is a RSPB bird reserve and fresh water fishing lakes. In Lydd there is a water sports centre with wind surfing, power boat racing and go carting.

Other attractions in the area include Dover Castle, Bodiam Castle, Hever Castle, Sissinghurst, Hastings and Canterbury with its shops & Cathedral.

There is horse riding at Saltwood.

Hythe has tennis courts, a park with football pitches, indoor swimming pool and there is a walkway to the town centre along the Royal Military Canal.
